Aktivitas
Aktivitas München is made up of students studying Sustainable Materials and Product Design and Paper Technology. We organise field trips, events for first-year students, company presentations and other events for our members. We also represent the degree programme externally, for example at university open days and trade fairs.
As associate members of the Munich Association of the Paper Industry, we foster links between companies in the paper and packaging industry and students on the degree programme. In this way, we support our fellow students in their search for suitable placements for practical semesters and their Bachelor’s theses.
Through field trips and company presentations, our students gain an authentic and practically-oriented insight into companies in the industry and the fields in which they will later work as engineers.
To encourage students to socialise with one another within the degree programme, we organise networking events and create opportunities for us to get to know one another better.
Further information can be found on the Aktivitas website.
The DVGW university group INGenium is one of a total of 13 such groups in Germany and is also one of the largest university groups in the country. The group’s name is an acronym standing for ‘Engineers for Energy, Sustainability, Innovation and the Environment in Munich’. It also incorporates the Latin word for ‘gift’ and reflects the desire to bring together talent and enthusiasm.
Further information is available on the INGenium website.
